Shipping policy

maker's things ships from the United States. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping within the United States
We ship with USPS, UPS and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order ships; faster services are offered at checkout where available.

Free shipping
Orders of $200 or more shipping within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

International shipping
We ship internationally with DHL Express, UPS and USPS, with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after the order ships. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders with items from partner suppliers
Some products ship directly from our partner warehouses in the United States. If your order includes these, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. Shipping for these items is shown separately at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@makersthings.com and we'll sort it out.
