MSO1254HD 250 MHz 4Ch 12-Bit Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

The UNI-T MSO1254HD is a 250 MHz, 4-channel, 12-bit mixed signal oscilloscope built on UNI-T's native 12-bit R12 ADC. It samples at 2.5 GSa/s with 100 Mpts of memory per channel and captures up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second on a 7-inch touchscreen. It is aimed at switching-supply validation, power-stage work on GaN and SiC designs and fast embedded debug, where 12-bit resolution shows mV-scale ripple that an 8-bit scope would hide.
